About Usay
USAY is a free universal web commenting system which allows users to comment by way of links on the main page or a specially designed browser addon. USAY's one aim is to create a lightly moderated townhall type site for its users, in order to facilitate the free and open exchange of ideas. USAY does not moderate for political or social content, only for activities made illegal by the law.

Referral Program
USAY lets you easily send invitations to join USAY to friends via email. Be assured that USAY only uses your friends' email addresses on a one-time basis to send the requested posting. Your friends' email addresses are not recorded or entered into any database.
Affiliate Program
Although we currently do not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures or other companies under a common control (collectively, "Affiliates"), we may in the future. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with these Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor our current, stated Privacy Policy.

Admin Services
Administrator privileges of varying degrees can be obtained for USAY CLASSIC (usaynet.com) and all future USAY forums. Admin comes with the following authorizations:
$9.99/Month - Admin - The ability to ban permanently and all lower functions.
$3/Month - Page Admin - The ability to ban up to a week and delete offending posts and threads.
$0.99/month - Superuser - The ability to ban up to 24 hours.

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove any illegal material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made on USay servers express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
